Megan Kertes

Graduating from Melbourne University, Megan has over 12 years of experience in private practice, treating a vast range of conditions. She has a keen interest in acute injuries and women's health, and enjoys working with children right up to the elderly. Megan enjoys incorporating treatment of the "whole patient" into her work through use of the biopsychosocial model, and uses a wide range of hands-on techniques, dry needling and exercise prescription to optimise performance and results.

Cameron Brown

Cameron graduated from Melbourne University with honours. A local to the outer eastern suburbs, he brings a good understanding of our clientele and their needs. Cameron has a strong interest in treating neck, back and shoulder pain as well as all sports related injuries. In his time volunteering for the Richmond AFL football club and as a keen local sportsman himself, Cameron has built a strong knowledge and understanding of what it takes to prepare for both a casual and elite level of sports participation.

Nick Bach

Nick graduated from University Otago, New Zealand in 2005 and has worked in both public hospital and private clinic settings. With over 10 years of clinical experience and various involvements with different sports teams, Nick has developed a strong interest in treating back, knee and ankle injuries. A keen basketball player, Nick also enjoys working with athletes to achieve a successful return to sport after injury. Nick is in his last year of study in his post- graduate diploma in Sports Medicine and is fluent in Korean.

Michael Perrone

Michael has 15 years of clinic experience, having graduated from La Trobe University in 2008 and has held clinical and leadership roles within the public, private and educational sectors since. In addition to Podiatry specific qualifications, Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a registered Running Coach with Athletics Australia. Michael is passionate about keeping people active and engaged in physical activity. He is an avid runner having competed in a number of distances from 5km to ultra marathon. Outside of work Michael loves to spend time with his wife, three kids, dog Tony and cat Gino. Sasha Muchenberg

Sasha graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Podiatric Practice and has completed her graduate year. Sasha enjoys all aspects of podiatry with special interests in sports injuries, biomechanics and dermatological conditions. In her free time, Sasha enjoys playing and coaching netball. She also enjoys the creative outlets of crochet and printmaking. Zoe Theodorakopoulos

Zoe graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters in Podiatric Practice and has over 5 years of clinical experience. She takes an interest in all aspects of podiatry, with greater passion in sports podiatry, biomechanics and patients with nail and skin conditions. Zoe has had experience in hospitals, community health, aged care and private practice settings that have allowed her to help patients achieve a wide variety of personal podiatric goals. She also has a vast knowledge in fitting all types of footwear for different individuals after working in a footwear speciality store for multiple years. Having participated in tennis at a national competitive level for several years, Zoe underwent many sporting injuries herself, meaning she is able to understand the rehabilitation process to get patients back to playing their sport, and is motivated to get them back to their full potential. Zoe is continuing to undergo regular professional development sessions to ensure her patients are receiving a tailored experience to achieve their desired outcomes and beyond. Zoe is also able to speak in Greek. Lahni Mckenzie

Lahni graduated from La Trobe University with a bachelor of Health Science & Master of Podiatric Practice and has over 8 years experience. She has extensive knowledge of current footwear for sport and causal use after working with a number of specialty running shoe stores. Lahni enjoys all aspects of Podiatry, with a particular interest in helping patients with diabetes and lower limb sporting injuries. She is now qualified in using prolotherapy injections and dry needling to help treat our patients. Lahni has a passion for helping others achieve their goals. She also had the pleasure of practicing at National University Hospital in Singapore, seeing patients of all ages with general and high risk foot conditions. She enjoys traveling, playing netball and spending time with her dog, Archie in her spare time. Ryan Twist

Ryan graduated from La Trobe University and has 16 years of private clinical experience. He is currently one of the Podiatrists for the Essendon Football Club, which is one of the biggest professional sporting clubs in Australia. Ryan has gained extensive knowledge and skills as a Podiatrist from working both interstate and overseas. He has a special interest in Sports Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Biomechanics (human movement), Orthotics, Prolotherapy Injections and Footwear prescription.Ryan spent time in Canberra working as a Podiatrist at the AIS with elite and amateur athletes, as well as 12 months working in Glasgow where he was treating a large number of high risk diabetes patients under the guidance of the UK’s leading High Risk Diabetes clinic. Ryan has participated in ten Ironman Triathlons (Including Kona World Championships) and is passionate about all sports, which enables a more detailed approach and professionally structured return to sport program.He attends regular professional development courses so he can deliver the newest techniques to his clients and help them achieve their goals. He is also regularly asked to appear in Podcasts to provide professional advice to athletes. Ben Worner

Ben completed his Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University. He is passionate about ensuring others reach their full potential. Whether that be through athletic performance or returning to function in everyday life. He utilises a holistic approach to treatment combining exercise, education and a hands-on approach. Ben has interests in managing lower limb and spinal injuries creating an individualised approach to treatment. He also runs group pilates and hydrotherapy classes throughout the week. With a background in middle distance running and AFL football, Ben utilises this experience to be able to assess and diagnose acute injuries. Ben enjoys spending time outside of work at the gym, playing golf or travelling to find some warm weather.

Collin Lim

Collin is a physiotherapist and sports enthusiast who has a keen interest in rehabilitating overuse and debilitating injuries. Drawing from his experience in amateur sports leagues from a young age, Collin has experienced his fair share of injuries over the years. This has lit his passion to empower everyone to live their lives with a resilient and robust body springing back from injuries. Collin has a diverse range of additional training thatcan help everyone from young to old, employees working behind the desk tomanual labourers, and amateur to high-level athletes. These include and are notlimited to soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, pilates, hydrotherapy, dryneedling, taping, strength and conditioning, exercise prescription and more. He has a special interest in spinal, hip, leg, ankle and foot injuries. Outside of work, Collin plays for a VCFA Premier League soccer club, gym, volleyball, badminton, tennis and is training to run a marathon in 2024.

Craig Lowe

Craig has worked extensively in private practice with a strong emphasis on sports physiotherapy. Craig’s own strong sporting background, competing and coaching in Taekwondo and athletics has resulted in him developing special interests in injuries of the pelvis and lower limbs that commonly afflict running and kicking athletes.

Jane Lee

Jane Lee attained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Otago in 2003 along with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Exercise in Women in 2008. In 2013, she completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy achieving the position of APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Jane is a senior physiotherapist at Integrated Health. Previously the senior clinician and manager at Integrated Health – Monash University Sports clinic, Jane took an opportunity in 2017 to lecture clinically at the International University of Korea, where she also taught Clinical Pilates courses for the Korean Physiotherapy Association. Jane has since returned to Integrated Health – Glen Waverley and looks forward to providing strong evidence-based practice for her clients. She is devoted to thorough assessment of each client’s individual needs and developing personalised programs to achieve their desired outcomes. In addition to English, Jane also speaks fluent Korean.

Kevin Xu

Kevin is a La Trobe University graduate qualified with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. He has recently joined the team after several years in Cobram, regional Victoria working within the local community at both the hospital and private clinic before returning home to Melbourne.He takes an interest in working together with clients to overcome their injury and return to normal life by combining manual therapy, specific exercises and education.Kevin also speaks fluent Mandarin and enjoys spending his time outside of work at the local gym, reading or snowboarding (weather permitting!).

Harminder Rayat

Harminder is a La Trobe University graduate qualified with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Podiatric Practice. During his Masters studies, Harminder gained experience in a number of community health and private sports clinics within Melbourne and studied and worked in NHS clinics in London. Harminder utilises a holistic approach in treating all aspects of lower limb disorders, and has particular interests in sports injuries, biomechanics, diabetes and orthotic therapy. Currently, Harminder works closely with local GP’s, sporting clubs/retailers and clinic physiotherapists in order to assist his patients to the best of his ability.

She has a keen interest in managing sports injuries, with a particular focus on basketball, football, dance and performance based sports. She is currently working as a Physiotherapist with the Box Hill Hawks in the VFLW (Victorian Football League)

Luke Poon

Luke’s interest in being a physiotherapist all began with his love of playing and watching sport. Getting his patients moving well, injury-free and regaining fitness is what he’s all about, with a special interest in managing lower back and lower limb issues. He currently works with the National Doctors’ Football Team (Soccer) and is also the senior coach at his local soccer club.

Jake Lamshed

Jake graduated from Monash University with honours before joining the team at Integrated Health. He has a strong interest in managing sports and musculoskeletal injuries with a particular focus on strength and conditioning. Coming from a basketball and weightlifting background, he is familiar with typical injuries from these sports. Jake is currently working as head physio with the Monash University Soccer Club men's and women's seniors teams.

Adrian Ng

Adrian recently graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. He has a keen interest in Sports Physiotherapy through his experience playing multiple sports, including soccer, cricket and tennis. Adrian has also worked with athletes at both local and professional level, through roles at Mazenod Old Collegians and Melbourne City Football Club.

Kate Morton

Kate graduated from The University of Melbourne with Honours. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, particularly injuries to the shoulder and knee. Kate has worked closely with a Division 1 Eastern Football League senior and junior team for over seven years, as well as volunteering on the Great Victorian Bike Ride and the Melbourne Marathon. She is well versed in many treatment techniques, including full qualifications in Dry Needling and Pilates methods, which she incorporates into her Clinical Exercise classes. Kate runs weekly and hydrotherapy classes for the Narre Warren Clinic.

Deanne Barnard

Deanne graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, after completing her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at Deakin University. A local to the Casey area for many years, she brings with her a good understanding of our community and clientele. She works with the local GP’s in the area to ensure her patients get the most out of their therapy. Deanne has a keen interest in injury rehabilitation and treating neck, back and knee injuries. She is also completely qualified in Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates, which she uses amongst various other treatment techniques to aid in the recovery of her clients. Deanne runs weekly classes at the Narre Warren clinic.

Henry Tram

Henry maintains a keen interest in working with all musculoskeletal and sports injuries. He likes to ensure that his clients thoroughly understand their condition and best management strategies. He likes to surround himself with the right team of professionals to improve recovery outcomes. Henry is the physiotherapist for the Women’s Volleyroos and may travel with the team on occasion. Outside of work he enjoys distance running, tennis and hiking.
